JENNY Yates was first vet-50 in the popular We Love Manchester 10k on Sunday. In a  field of  more than 1,600 on a route billed as fast she clocked 44mins 58secs in scorching conditions and was presented with a rucksack of goodies by the Lord Mayor of Manchester Councillor June Hitchen. FIONA Lynch took on a mountain of a challenge when she became the first woman in the club to complete the Bob Graham Round, one of the toughest fell running challenges in Britain. RADCLIFFE AC's Neal Emmerson certainly showed he had form when he won the Windermere Marathon on Sunday clocking a great 2hrs 44mins.
