Race Report: On a cold misty morning 3 Radcliffe AC members took to the fells to compete in the Winter Hill Fell Race, one of the hardest local fell races around, comprising of 11 miles and 2750ft climb. A total of 165 hardy runners completed this grueling course, which took them through streams, over tussocks and up some steep hills along the way! Sarah Massey had a fantastic run, knocking nearly 25 minutes of her time from last year. John Young also had an excellent race and managed to run 13 minutes faster than last year! Mark Cartwright, in his first attempt at this race, managed to finish in under 3 hours. Well done to all. Author - Mark Cartwright
