THE FRA STATES THAT ALL FELL RUNNERS SHOULD CARRY FULL BODY COVER, MAP, COMPASS, HAT, GLOVES AND WHISTLE
Official club vest must be worn in all league fell races to qualify.

Participating Clubs:
Rochdale Harriers & A.C., Rossendale Harriers, Radcliffe A.C., Middleton Harriers, Saddleworth Runners and Astley & Tyldesley Roadrunners.
(Rules: 11 races to choose from, best 5 count. Age as at 28th March 2010.
If a draw arises, races above 5 (if any) count).
Everyone from the participating Clubs who completes 5 of the races will get something at the awards ceremony (humble apologies to anyone overlooked in 2009).

Sunday 28th March 2010 11am Lad's Leap (Crowden),5.9m/1,700ft (AS) RESULTS
Saturday 10th April 2.00 pm Wardle Skyline (near Rochdale) 7.2 miles/ 1,250ft (BM) £4 on day. From Wardle square
Saturday 8th May 11 am Pendle Cloughs (Clitheroe) 14 miles/ 3,900ft (AL) £4 pre entry, £5 on day. Requires navigation.

Sunday 13th June 2010 11am
Knowl Hill (Rochdale) 6 mile/1300ft (BM) £4 on the day.

RADCLIFFE A C FELL CHAMPIONSHIP

As well as the Run the Moors League, Radcliffe AC offers you this set of races
as a seperate championship. The overall winner of each category this year will be the one who completes the most races
out of the 10, there will be one every month.
